“Jovanna, a proud mother of five beautiful daughters, Jovanna has built her life on Vancouver Island where she finds joy in activities like trail running and swimming laps with her community. Above all, her passion lies in connection.

Jovanna's nursing career began in the world of mental health nursing, where she learned the power of true connection. It wasn't just about prescribing medications; it was about sitting with patients, understanding their struggles, and being a beacon of hope. Jovanna discovered that healing involved holding hands, wiping tears, and simply listening.

After years of experience in long-term care, acute care, management, and mental health nursing, Jovanna discovered the transformative power of aesthetic medicine. She wondered if beauty could also be a form of healing. This realization led her to embark on a new path that she embraced wholeheartedly. Since then, every day of Jovanna's life has been fulfilled with the practice of aesthetic medicine.

In 2015 nurse Jovanna entered the world of medical aesthetics, In 2022, Jovanna co-founded her own clinic in Nanaimo, BC, which quickly became a sanctuary for her clients. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that true beauty lies in authenticity. She champions treatments that enhance natural features and celebrates unique imperfections.

Beyond her work at the treatment bed, Jovanna finds passion in teaching. As an active clinical trainer, she considers it both a joy and a privilege to share her passion with others.
